Take your pre-season endurance training up a notch in Craftsbury, VT
Runner’s Roost Endurance Camp is an all-in-one endurance training opportunity for middle and high school-aged female athletes. During each August session, campers will gain a competitive edge through a dynamic, cross-training regimen which embraces endurance activities including running, cycling, swimming, canoeing, hiking, and turtling.
The camp is timed accordingly to help young women prepare for fall running and sports seasons. Camp participants should expect a weekly running routine of anywhere from 15-35 miles, skill dependent. Workout accommodations can/will be tailored to each trainee.
Runner’s Roost Endurance Camp encourages participants to embrace the active lifestyle and outdoor setting of its northern Vermont location. Campers will make full use of all the Green Mountain state has to offer: the dirt roads, the woods, the mountains, the water, even the occasional moose crossings.
